At Arqly, we are 60 consultants working to make our clients' visions a reality. We have been around since 1975 and have operated under the name Arqly since January 2021.

Arqly takes responsibility for the entirety of the project and its environment. We plan, lead, and coordinate all steps until the goal is reached. We are especially skilled at leading large, complex projects, but we also work on smaller projects, always with the same commitment.

Job Responsibilities

As an Energy Specialist, you will:

• Perform energy calculations, LCC calculations, and energy declarations

• Calculate thermal climate and heating power requirements

• Advise our clients on energy and climate issues

• If necessary, work with installation coordination, daylight and solar heat load calculations, and support environmental certification and energy-efficient solutions

Formal Requirements

• Have relevant education and several years of experience in energy calculations or similar energy/climate roles

• Have good knowledge of current regulations and standards for energy calculation and energy efficiency

• Be solution-oriented, driven, and comfortable advising clients

• Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Have a B driver's license

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in solar heat load calculation, daylight calculation, or environmental certification (e.g., Miljöbyggnad)

• Previous role as an energy consultant or in an HVAC/energy system project

• Previous role as an installation coordinator

• Ability to work in complex projects and drive your own initiatives
